Damaged Product?

Don’t worry, if for some reason we made an error with your order, we will make it right! Please email us with any questions or concerns regarding less than satisfactory product, providing a clear description of the issue, and any pictures if applicable. Return?

If needing to return unsued item(s), please do so within 5 business days of delivery date. If for some reason you miss this window, don’t worry, we will still honor store credit within 30 days of delivery date. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your unused items are received at our distribution center.

Subscription Cancelation?

We offer subscription options for almost all of our products. If you sign up to "subscribe & save" you are locked into 3 billing cycles (we have different frequency options). You can cancel at any point after that. You can log in to access your account to cancel, or you can email our team and we can assist you. 

Additional Info

When returning product back to our warehouse, please keep proof of postage and shipment as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
